Our synthesis line for 1,1,3,3-Tetramethyldisiloxane (CAS 3277-26-7) represents a key asset in high-performance polymer materials. This product serves as an active hydrosilylation reagent in addition-curing liquid silicone rubber (LSR), modifying agent for terminal block siloxanes, and intermediate in advanced resin chemistry. Our multi-stage purification processes remove traces of hydrogen chloride and moisture, preventing premature catalyst degradation in downstream reactions.
Standard aromatic heavy solvents contain significant levels of naturally occurring naphthalene, a designated hazardous compound. Through optimized secondary distillation and selective solvent extraction, we produce S-150ND (Naphthalene Depleted) containing less than 1% (and custom down to less than 0.1%) naphthalene.
